Nevin was in a groove all day. The Tombstone fans hated to see him approaching the batter's box. He lifted one out of the park for a two run home run in the 1st inning, singled which was good for two runs in the 2nd inning and lofted a three-run 'big-fly' (his 17th of the season) in the 6th inning. Overall Santa Fe out-hit Tombstone 13 to 9. The win went to Ryan Drese(9-9) who allowed 2 runs in 7 innings. Brett Tomko(9-7) was charged with the loss. He pitched 1 and 2/3 innings and surrendered 6 hits and 3 walks. 'I didn't feel that good when I came to the park today,' Nevin said. 'I'm glad I decided to play!'
